This safari is designed around an exclusive walking experience in the Mara Naboisho Conservancy, combining guided walks, wildlife viewing and an immersive wilderness experience with experienced Maasai guides.
Camp Capacity: The mobile camp has 5 tents and is subject to availability.
Mobile Camp Facilities: Basecamp Dorobo offers an authentic wilderness camping experience in five mobile tents. Each tent has an outdoor toilet and a traditional bucket shower. The facilities are simple and rustic, allowing guests to experience the African wilderness with minimal impact on the surrounding environment. This experience is best suited to adventurous travellers who appreciate nature and uncomplicated camping comforts.
Age Restriction: This safari is suitable for adults aged 18 years and above. Guests under 18 are not permitted due to the nature of the walking and wilderness activities.
Masai Mara National Reserve Game Drives: Game drives inside the Masai Mara National Reserve are not included in the standard itinerary. The safari focuses on walking and game viewing within the Mara Naboisho Conservancy.
Guests wishing to add a game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve may request this when booking. The additional activity can be arranged at an extra cost, subject to availability and the time permitted by the itinerary.
